- Chocolate Nation tickets are day and time limited. The time slot chosen is the tour start time.
- The number of online tickets per day is limited.
- Visitors are responsible for bringing the tickets digitally or physically at the time of the visit.
- Chocolate Nation is not responsible for incorrectly entering the email address for online bookings.
- Museum tickets cannot be returned and/or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, museum tickets can be rebooked to a later date within the validity period of 12 months after purchase, subject to prior written approval by email from Chocolate Nation.
- Children 4 to 11 years old, youth to 18 years old, students 18 to 25 years old need proof of age on the day of the visit. Students (ages 18 through 25) also need their student ID.
- We accept the following payment methods for online tickets: Bancontact, credit card and iDEAL.
- Tickets will be delivered by email as a pdf attachment. You can print the tickets or show them digitally on your smartphone at the Chocolate Nation reception desk at the time of your visit. Should an unforeseen problem arise with the tickets, please contact us at info@chocolatenation.be and we will be happy to assist you.
- Workshop tickets are non-refundable (and will therefore not be refunded). Workshop tickets are only valid at the time indicated on the ticket. These rules also apply if you arrive late for the workshop. Workshop tickets can only be rescheduled if you send an email at least 7 days in advance, you have a written agreement from Chocolate Nation and there is room on another date. Only people with a ticket for the workshop will be admitted to the workshop space. Other people cannot enter the workshop space.
