Terms and conditions for ticket reservation

  • Chocolate Nation tickets are valid for the chosen date and time, which is the start time of the tour.
  • The number of tickets available online is limited per day.
  • The tickets cannot be returned and/or reimbursed. In exceptional circumstances the reservation can be changed to a later date within 12 months after purchase and always with prior written consent of Chocolate Nation.
  • Children between 4 and 11 years old, young adults up to 18 and students up to 25 will need proof of their age when visiting. Students (between 18 and 25) will also need their student card.
  • We accept the following payment methods online: Bancontact, credit card and iDEAL.
